Balance them, re-align them and activate the chakra centres.
After the session:
You may experience emotional release, visions, spiritual insight, or simply a profound sense of peace and reconnection.
Integration looks different for everyone. You may feel tired and need rest, or uplifted and energized.
Common responses include needing solitude, extra hydration, or emotional release. Simply listen to your body and allow space for the process.

One session may be enough, or you may feel called to continue. Healing is a layered journey, unfolding over time as deeper shifts occur.
