How do you actually raise your vibration?

One thing I get asked about ALL the time is…

HOW DO YOU ACTUALLY RAISE YOUR VIBRATION?

Let me be real with you…
this isn’t about forcing positivity.
This is about aligning how you live, move, feel and lead your energy every single day.

Here are some of my practices…some a little “woo woo” but all deeply powerful in their own or together. And obviously this isn’t every day for me but things I listed that works for me and I use in my life:

• I like to start my mornings intentionally, tuning into my day, while still in bed. I have a toddler so days usually starts with a high life all in – so while she still sleeps and I wake up before, I reflect in my mind ’whats in my planner for today, whats most important and how much time do we have in the morning before daycare & work and what I want to feel before anything external hits me (to avoid stress mostly)

• I drink water first thing to awaken and cleanse my system

• I connect with my inner self and let her lead the way (what does she want for me today)

• I decide things get to work out before I see proof, surrender to the flow

• I meditate when I have time and come back to present, stillness and to myself

• I manifest for the highest good. When things need a boost in my life or when I need a change. 

• I practice presence through yoga, pranayama and mindfulness (but honestly presence is when I cook, do the dishes too)

• I ground daily, saying hi to the plants, the earth, the stars, the moon, the life around me

• I notice the small things… because presence raises your frequency instantly 

• I smile at strangers, say hello, and share positive energy… it always comes back multiplied and raises the dopamine, Serotonin, Oxytocin& endorphins. All for the wellbeing 

• I compliment people to uplift and spread high frequency when I can

• I talk to animals, connect, cuddle… they are pure high vibrational beings

• I wear crystals and keep them around me at home, work and even in my wallet

• I clear my energy daily, especially after interacting with people

• Before sleep, while in bed, I ask my guides to clear my field, protect my dream state and bring healing through the night

• I honor my rest, sleep and resets, without feeling guilty about ’doing nothing’ 

• In the shower, I consciously release anything I don’t want to carry anymore by visualizing a water cleanse

• I let my emotions move instead of suppressing them

• If I feel low, I listen first… then gently shift into gratitude

• I do body scrubs & cut my hair when I feel there is old vibrational physical energy that needs to be released. I love doing scrubs in the ocean with the sand.

• I reflect constantly… noticing when I’m in ego vs higher self

• I sit with my triggers instead of projecting them

• I stay in my own energy and out of other people’s business as much as I can

• I don’t take things personally (and if I do, I go deeper into why)

• I work on not assuming, but staying open and aware

• I keep some things sacred and private… mystery protects your energy

• I choose a small, aligned circle so I always have space for myself. Which explains next one too

• I remove myself gently from people, places, situations when I feel they aren’t feeling like aligned with me or if I feel drained. This could be temporary or permanent. 

• I spend more time with myself or home than others to stay grounded, clear and connected

• I don’t watch the news or TV (occasionally watch movies or shows)

• I don’t drink alcohol

• I eat vegan food (personal choice what works for me)

• I try to stay authentic, honest and in integrity with my word

• I treat myself with kindness, knowing I always do my best with my current capacity

• When I go out, I set energetic boundaries work on my shield protection and embody my higher self

• If I catch myself complaining, I shift it into awareness or constructive intention

• I actively choose to see the light, the lesson, the expansion

• I listen to high vibrational music, play my bowls and often choose quiet- no sounds when I need deep rest

• When I feel like I need to uplift myself I play music that makes me happy, I dance and move my body

• I intentionally let go to the things I can’t control. And take actions to what I can control

• I follow my moon cycle how I eat, move my body and retreat myself when I need me-time. It makes my vibration always follow a flow rather than force anything

• I set aside time for me-time. With a toddler, a sole business, as a wife, this requires a little bit of planning but thankfully I can make my own schedule and use my daytime for this a few times a week

This is the year you stop chasing…
and start becoming a HIGH VIBRATIONAL MATCH to everything you desire.
