By using this website or booking a session with Cosmos Kajsa, you agree to the following:
1. Nature of Services
All services offered (including Psychic Guidance, Intuitive Energy Healing, Holistic Soul Coaching, Mediumship, and related spiritual work) are for personal and spiritual development only.
They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
2. Personal Responsibility
You participate voluntarily and are responsible for your own well-being, choices, and interpretations.
Sessions are client-led, gentle, and can be paused or ended by you at any time.
3. No Guarantees
Spiritual and intuitive work is subjective. Individual experiences vary, and no specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.
4. Bookings & Payments
All online sessions must be paid in full to confirm your booking, unless otherwise agreed (this applies to special arrangements such as partial payment plans via PayPal).
Your time slot is reserved exclusively for you once payment is received.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your session with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to your appointment.
•Changes made outside of 24 hours can be rescheduled or refunded.
•Changes made within 24 hours are non-refundable, but you will receive a voucher code with 30% off to book a new session.
Refunds are only available if cancellation is made more than 24 hours before your session.
No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or missed sessions. Rescheduling without a cost may only be offered in the case of a genuine emergency or sudden illness, at my discretion.
Missed sessions without prior notice are considered a no-show and are non-refundable.

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
• 10–20 minutes late = remaining session time applies
• If you are more than 30 minutes late without notice, the session will be considered a no-show.
If you communicate that you are running late, you are welcome to attend and use the remaining time of your session.
•I will wait up to 20 minutes on Zoom at the start of your session. And available on email/ messenger.
•A reminder message may be sent within the first 10 minutes if you have not arrived.
•If booked through my website, you will receive a confirmation email and an automated reminder 45 minutes before your session to your email.
•For manual bookings, no automatic reminders are sent-please ensure you note your session time.
Respect & Energy Exchange
Your session is a dedicated space held for you. I deeply respect your time and energy, and I ask the same in return. These boundaries allow me to show up fully present for each client, including the time I use to prepare before each session, set up for healing work when needed, and arrange travel to my shop where I hold my sessions.
5. Confidentiality & Ethics
All sessions are held in confidence, except where disclosure is required by law or safety concerns.
Readings are not performed on third parties without consent.
6. Liability
Cosmos Kajsa is not liable for decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from sessions or website content.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content and materials belong to Cosmos Kajsa and may not be reused without permission.
