We move through a 90 min soul journey of open channel and free flow of guidance, healing, spirit-guide led and flowing intuitively by my psychic and intuitive abilities. In this soul flow session I weave in shadow work, somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, channeling.
We always land in integration & grounding with the remaining time and give you tools to move forward on your journey.
We process what shifted, anchor clarity and map your journey forward so you leave feeling supported and oriented.

After the session:
Integration looks different for everyone. So you may feel tired and need rest, or uplifted and energized.
Common responses include needing solitude, tired, extra hydration, or emotional release. So simply listen to your body and allow space for the process.
Follow-Up Sessions:
One session may be enough, or you may feel called to continue. Because healing is a layered journey, and unfolding over time as deeper shifts occur.
